My hair has always grown super fast and it`s probably because since my teens I have always been throwing olive oil, eggs or something nourishing and natural in my hair on lazy nights in.
Since my teens, I`ve tested tons of natural hair treatments, including my latest: Not shampooing or styling my hair for ONE MONTH!!
(More about that experience to come)
There are LOADS of different recipes out there- here are just a few for YOU!

#1. Rosemary Hair Elixir
Rosemary has so many great properties that encourage healthy looking hair. I`ve used the straight up essential oil as an ingredient in the past, but if you are not experience with to using essential oils or have good quality oils, a much safer method would be to use the 2 tsp of rosemary crushed well using a mortar and pestle and added to 300ml of water.
Directions: 1 drop of rosemary essential oil to 50 ml coconut oil. Apply mixture to hair, let sit, shampoo and condition.
#2. Castor Oil
This oil is great for nourishing and encouraging healing + repair of all hair ( I most often use this oil on my eyelashes!)
Directions: Apply several drops of Castor Oil into your scalp and massage in. I usually sleep with this one over night. You can wrap hair to protect pillow case from oil stains.
#3. Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse
Removes build up from the scalp and hair and leaves the hair shiny!
Directions: Mix one part vinegar to two parts water.
#4. Olive Oil + Egg Yolks
Super nourishing Hair Treatment, great for any hair type, but I love for dry hair.
Directions: 2 Egg Yolks with 2 tbsp of Olive Oil. Massage into hair. Let set for 20 minutes, rinse.
