#1. Soften Lips.
Bust open a vitamin E capsule and slather a good helping on your lips. Vitamin E is super nourishing and healing but takes a little while to penetrate- so apply it on your pucker before bed time and wake up to soft kissable lips.

#2. Treat your Visage.
Depending on your skin type you can use a variety of beautiful natural oils to give your skin a dewy, plump and healthily hydrated wake up!
Dry/Mature Skin: Sweet Almond Oil, Rosehip Oil
Oily Skin: Jojoba Oil
Sensitive Skin: Avocado Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil

#3. Moisturize Hands.
Most often the moisturizer we put on during the day to hydrate the hands is washed off with daily activities; doing dishes, washing hands, ruffling through paper work, etc. Not to mention the environmental factors that draw out the moisture of exposed skin leaving hands dry or even cracking.
Pure Shea Butter or Olive Butter are awesome rich skin softeners- place solid form in hands to melt and massage into the hands and slip on gloves.
#4. Nourish Hair,
Have you heard of coconut oil?! If you haven't you have been living under a rock- seriously this exotic nut has people going wild with all its healthy benefits.
Place a tbsp. of solid coconut oil in hands to warm and melt- once it is in it's liquid form work through the hair.
For extra dry hair; add in a little castor oil and Shea butter for a more rich treatment.
#5. Coiffe.
Shower at night allowing time for your hair to air dry. Just before bed loosely pin your hair in 2 buns; separate the hair into two, parting where you prefer your hairline to fall. Gently twist each of the sections and pin into a bun. Sleep on them and when you wake in the morning, remove the pins and finger toss the hair- revealing effortless, beautiful locks.
#6. Silky Eyes.
Ever notice the lines and fabric imprints on your face from a dead slumber? Not with satin sheets you won't!
Sounds ridiculous but the fibres in silk and satin are obviously much more soft and therefore much more gentle on the skin- therefore decreasing the amount of harsh fabrics rubbing against the skin and potential break down of elasticity.
#7. Whiten Teeth.
DIY- Baking Soda; Brush mixture over teeth, leave for 5 minutes. Rinse Thoroughly. Great treatment to do before bed time because it is recommended to hold off from eating or drinking for an hour afterwards- so you can just sleep that hour away!
#8. Lengthen Lashes.
Using an old mascara wand (cleaned thoroughly with warm water so all mascara residue has been removed)- apply a small amount of castor oil to bristles and sweep through lashes for an overnight lash repair.
#9. Soften Feet.
Shower before bed- using a pumice stone to dry spots on feet; concentrating on heels and balls of feet. Just before bed apply a rich body butter ( shea butter and olive oil or castor oil mixed together is a great one)- slip on socks to prevent grease from staining your sheets, let the overnight slumber allow the mixture to penetrate into your tootsies and wake up with seriously soft feet.
#10. Rest.
Nothing looks more beautiful on a women than a good nights restful slumber.
Try sleeping with aromatherapy diffusers. Place 1-3 drops of lavender or chamomile in the water and let the aroma send you off to la-la land. *if you are using a candlelit diffuser it is recommended that you diffuse the room an hour before bedtime so you are not falling asleep with lit candles.
