My how things have changed.
I have drops of this oil on my day planner at my desk so I smell it all day long. And I just can't get enough.
Yes it is official: I am head over heels addicted to CLOVE.
Is it the holiday season that has induced this sudden love of the spicy oil? Perhaps.
But one thing I know for a fact is that this oil is more phenomenal and beneficial than I ever gave it credit for.
This oil is mighty as it is one of the few that lists its benefits as may help cancer!
While a book of herbs I was reading earlier this week confirmed that cloves should be used internally as a way to detox and minimize lumps in the breast that may be cancerous.
What the hell?! This is good shit and should be common knowledge.
Properties of this spicy creature:
- Anti- Microbial and Anti-Carcinogenic
- Great for kiss worthy breath- making a healthy homemade mouth wash (dilute a couple drops in water)
- Awesome additive to your detoxifying oil pulling method (25mls coconut oil to 1 drop clove)
- Dissolves Digestion Issues
Clove Cocoa Massage Bar:
Melt 20 grams of cocoa butter
Remove from heat, let cool (keeping it liquid still)
Mix in 10 ml of sweet Almond Oil
Add in 1 drop of clove
Pour into Mold and place in fridge or freezer until hard
If you want to add in a little something else you can add in 3 drops of lavender or 4 drops of bergamot or 4 drops of orange depending on your personal scent style.
