Face getting dry and exhausted from the cold winds and fluctuating temperatures?
This scrub is super gentle on the skin.
1 cup ground oatmeal ( I buy PC organics)
1/2 cup dried lavender
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 tsp cornmeal
Mix all ingredients together, store in container with lid.
take a 1 tbp of scrub and a little water to form a paste. gently massage in curricular motions over face and neck.
Rise with warm water.

Just remove the cornmeal, double the powdered milk content and add 2 cups of Epsom salts and 10 drops of lavender essential oil- mix up and place in tea bag or ta ball and throw in your bath
