1) Never talk bad about yourself
2) Don't be afraid to say "no"
3) Don't be afraid to say "yes" either
4) Trust your gut
(#4 is Probably my personal #1 lesson and a reoccurring lesson that continues to be taught to me over and over again)
5) Let go of people who don't support or love you for who you are
6) Take down time for yourself- do something you love, something that relaxes, nourishes and recharges your body and mind
7) Jealousy is the most ugly and evil of all states a human can possess. Let it go. Think of all the blessings you have in your life that others don't. Be grateful.
8) Lack of respect is up there too. You don't have to agree or be on the same page as someone else to treat them with respect. No respect for others= not a part of my life.
9) Let go and Forgive. You are doing more harm to yourself than the other person to hold onto a grudge or anger.
10) Do what you love for a living.
Most people who I have encountered through life who are down in the dumps or stressed often are complaining of their place of employment or what they do for a living. Take ownership and CHANGE that. Find your passion and go for it. The world is a happier place when more people in it are individually happy.
Extra Tip: Love as MUCH as you can. Fall in love with yourself, fall in love with others, with nature, with your home, with your work. Fill up your cup with blissful, joyous LOVE.
Love yourself and others wholeheartedly and with stupid bonkers amount of passion.
